Background:
On October 1st, a group of students erected a Lennon Wall for the movement in Hong Kong near Aberdeen Station. The wall was however maliciously destroyed.
As Canadians, we should commit ourselves to upholding the freedom of expression, social justice and similar core values. In view of this, Vancouver Society in Support of Democratic Movement organized a rally to put up a new wall at the same place on Oct.5, 2019.

一群學生為支持香港抗爭活動，曾於十月一日在香港仔站建立連儂牆，惟其遭人惡意破壞。
我們身為加拿大人，應當致力捍衛言論自由和社會公義等之核心價值。有鑑於此，溫哥華支援民主運動聯合會於十月五日在原地重建連儂牆。
